And we're at Monday once again!
Last week, a few of us shared our goals. How did we get on?
@aigarspl, did you make any decisions about your Python/Telegraf project? And how is your to do list looking, @avital_trifsik?
ICYMI over in the Kubernetes corner, @the_cozma shared some lessons for managing K8s clusters while @cndavu published the Kubernetes primer we talked about last week.
I noticed that @rutamhere switched focus from crowd favorite Kubernetes, to show love for Google Cloud Platform instead - are you working towards your GCP Bronze badge now?
As always, looking forward to hearing what everyone has going on this week!

@ellativity, currently testing with self-hosted version (on one of my servers), just trying to understand logics behind Telegraf, because I figured out things how osquery works in Python.
Exciting! Will you share some of your learnings with us in a post one day, please?
Will try to do my best to post something of my learnings, time will show when it gonna happen.
I didn't get anymore space for @mentions, but I'm curious to hear from @lob_dev and @cassani this week - what are y'all planning to achieve over the next 7 days?
Hiya @ellativity! Put up a fun new post today by one of our devs which he should have called the Mystery of the Memory Leak. Lots of content in the works from our devs—but only tangentially related to DevOps. I def don't want to spam this audience. That said would love it if you could reach out with a bit more guideance on what we could share here?
Great question, @lob_dev! Thanks for asking and showing respect to the community here.
I hope I'm not alone in believing that DevOps has a lot of faces, and although some of these faces may be tangential they are still relevant knowledge. We can all stand to learn more about the context of our work, and discover new possibilities, so why don't you try posting some of the more tangential content and see?
I promise I'll let you know if it seems a bit too off-topic or spammy.
On a somewhat related note, in case you missed this message I shared with the Memphis team a while back, we encourage you to use Organization Pages for your team, so we get to see who's publishing and give them the chance to post non-Lob content of their own alongside the team content. Check it out and let me know if I can answer any questions for you!
It's been pretty bussy, trying to finish with all. I decided to brake it down to smaller tasks and then dedicated to each one of them between 10-30 min. Meanwhile it is working for me, but i have to say it is quite hard to leave an unfinished task and then return to it after a couple of houres :(
Oh, it sure is! This is why I have so many unfinished tasks that I never return to 😣
It sounds like your list was pretty big to begin with. Now that you've broken it down into smaller tasks, is it even longer? What have you got checked off so far?
it is longer but i know it will take me less time to finish every tasks so as i mark things faster witch i found that actually gives me more motivation to achive more :)
