Introducing a new Ops Community moderator 👋

Well hello there, Ops Community!

I'm Ella and I'll be picking up some moderation duties around here. Here's a wee intro so we can get to know each other a bit:

I used to work with Forem, the people who built this software, so some of y'all might know me from the DEV community, where I was a mostly-lurking Admin.
I currently live in France, but I've previously lived in the UK, Australia, USA, and The Netherlands as a working adult (I don't know why I keep putting myself through the trouble of understanding new tax systems!)
I'm mostly nerdy about plants, knitting, exercise and nutrition science, and community, but I also love to dance, read, do yoga, and I play too much League of Legends ARAM (let's face it, any much is too much).
Some of my favs: anime = Hunter x Hunter, TV show = Community, music = Afrobeats, dance = bachata.

How you can help me

For the most part, I'll be dropping by to keep the community a friendly and useful space for people to learn and share their Ops content, so please don't hesitate to @-mention me if you want my attention. I will absolutely need your eyes on the ground, we're so much smarter together 🤜🤛

Similarly, I'll be cleaning up spam that shows up in this space, so please do report anything you think doesn't belong here. You can either use the Report Abuse page directly and enter in the relevant info, or you can click on Report Abuse under the three dots menu (found in the top-right of a comment, or beneath the 🧡🦄🔖 reactions to the left of a post).

Reporting content doesn't do anything to the content and nobody but the admin team will know that it has been reported. Even if you're not sure about something, we'd rather you report it so we can double-check.
