Things you hear from locals in Prague – true or exaggerated?

Hey everyone, I had a small moment in Prague that left me curious. I was staying near Holešovice, and one evening we were just chatting with some locals outside a bar. At some point someone mentioned that if you’re looking for a weed dispensary Prague type of thing, people usually don’t search around the city — they just arrange everything online. It sounded a bit too easy to be true. Later, a friend showed me official Prague 420 site as an example of how people get info about it. I didn’t try anything, but now I’m wondering — is this actually common or just something people casually say?

I don’t really have experience with that, but it’s interesting how Prague always comes up in different kinds of discussions. When I visited, I mostly spent time exploring the city on foot, checking out different neighborhoods, and enjoying the atmosphere. Some places feel busy and full of energy, while others are quiet and almost hidden. It’s one of those cities where you can just wander and still find something interesting without planning much.

Yeah, I’ve heard similar things when I was there. The idea of a weed dispensary Prague is definitely not what most people expect. It’s more informal and kind of depends on knowing the right sources rather than going somewhere physical. When I stayed in Prague, people talked about it pretty спокойно, like it’s just part of everyday life, but still kept it discreet. Someone I met mentioned they tried arranging it once and said it went fine, nothing complicated. The city just has that relaxed feel where things don’t seem as strict as elsewhere.
