      <title>FAB salary account created by employer but no app access yet</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;I recently joined a new company in the UAE and they opened a FAB salary account for me. The issue is that I still do not have login access to the mobile app or online banking, even though they said the account is active.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This became a problem because my first salary was credited, but I have no direct way to check the balance myself. It feels a bit like having a system account without user access, which is why I am posting here since many of you deal with setup and access issues in different contexts.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Is it normal for FAB accounts created through employers to take time before giving login credentials, or is something missing on my side?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the meantime, what is the best way to check my balance without app access? Can I rely on ATM balance inquiry or is there a way to verify it through their customer support without having online login set up yet?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Would appreciate if anyone who has gone through a similar onboarding process can share how it worked for them.&lt;/p&gt;
