      <description>&lt;p&gt;So I’ve somehow ended up with tiles popping off the wall and a shower that decides to either burn me or freeze me with no warning. I wasn’t even planning any big changes, but now I feel like the bathroom is forcing me into a renovation.&lt;br&gt;
If anyone’s been through this kind of “repair surprise,” how did you handle it? Did you go big with the remodel or just fix the disaster parts?&lt;/p&gt;
